Our one-year warranty has got you covered for any loose or cracked tiles or grout due to improper installation. It’ll also take care of leaks in showers for up to a year. Just a heads up, the warranty won’t apply if the shower wasn’t built by I&E Tile Services. When we build a shower, we include the installation of board, pan, mud bed, slope, curb, waterproofing, niches, and tile. If you come across any issues, make sure to let us know right away.

It's important to note
It’s important to note that the warranty is limited to the replacement of cracked tile or grout, and we won’t be responsible for material or shade differences if replacements are needed. We also won’t cover damage caused by neglect, abuse, natural events, or any alterations made after our installation.
If you provide the tile
If you provide the tile, it needs to be inspected before installation, and any defects should be reported. Keep in mind that variations in color, shade, flow, grain, tonality, veining, and texture are normal for tile and stone.
The warranty will be voided
